Come one, come all, for a fun, traditional egg blowing Easter decorating experience in Krueger Hall, Sunday, March 26th after Worship. We’ll have tables set up prepared for you to blow out and decorate two eggs, one for you to take home and one for you to place on SJC Easter Egg tree for the Welcome Center. There will be decorations available for you, however, you may have some keepsake items you’d like to add to your Easter egg—a special piece of fabric, ribbon, jewel, etc. Old cards also can be cut up to use to decorate. Get creative! We will have refreshments and snacks to hold you over until lunch. The egg blowing is very symbolic of our Lenten theme, creating GODSPACE. Emptying the egg of the yolk makes space inside. The empty egg is much like the empty tomb, as well. There will be a display table in the Welcome Center for you to look at for examples.
Invite a friend or family member and join together for this keepsake event!
